Do I need to be fit or flexible first?
Nope. Our intro classes assume zero experience and zero flexibility — you build both here. Come as you are.
What do I wear?
Shorts and a comfy top. Bare skin grips the pole, so leggings come off once you start climbing. Bring water and grippy intentions.
Is there a weight or age limit?
This is an every-body studio — all sizes, shapes, and 18+ ages welcome. Our instructors modify for every body in the room.
Can I come on my own?
Most people do — and leave with new friends. You’ll be greeted by name and never left to figure it out alone.
